Life in Tokyo

Tokyo is the capital of Japan and also the largest city in Japan. Its population is about 12.5 million. Despite its relatively high population density, an excellent public transportation provides people with an easy access to every place in Tokyo.

The temperature in summer rises up to 35 degrees Celsius with high humidity, and the winter temperature sometimes drops to just below 0 degree Celsius with very low humidity. We seldom have snow in winter.

Though Nihon University has no dormitory, there are many apartment houses in Tokyo. Their monthly rents range from 50,000 to 80,000 yen.
